What sort of ground surface do I need?
Grass is preferable;
please advise us at the time of booking if any part of the jumping castle will be on a surface other than grass.
We can install our jumping castles on Pavers, Concrete, artifical lawn, gravel driveways, inside large sheds, also inside halls and gymnasiums.
Please consider access to the proposed site e.g. steps, doorways, gates and slopes.
How long does it take to set up a castle?
Approx 20 minutes to set up, and around 25 minutes to pack up, as we need to clean the castle after each use.
Does somebody need to supervise the castle?
Definitely, A responsible adult over the age of 18 must supervise the castle at all times, We will take you through all aspects of safety when we deliver the castle. However we can supply at extra cost to you a supervisor.
What size area is required to set up a castle?
A medium size castle requires 5m x 5.5 m area, the combo requires 6m x 6.5m.
What age would you recommend lolly bags and games for?
We recommend ages 3 and up.
What happens in the event of very severe weather?
We reserve the right to cancel a booking, if we feel safety may be compromised.
What happens if we have to cancel due to severe weather?
If the weather is deemed unsafe there is no cancellation fee.
Do busy bouncers carry public liability insurance?
We sure do, we have a $10,000,000 insurance cover.
Do you need to supply a supervisor?
No, we only need to supply a supervisor if the castle is set up in a public place (parks, ovals, etc), or where used for commercial purposes.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking a castle or party package?
No Deposit is required
